As a Senior Resident in Pathology, you will play a vital role in the diagnostic backbone of our clinical serviceshelping physicians make accurate decisions and contributing to teaching, research, and academic excellence.

Perform grossing, processing, and reporting of histopathology and cytopathology specimens
Interpret biopsy, FNAC, PAP smears, and fluid cytology reports accurately
Supervise and assist with routine hematology, clinical pathology, and special stains
Work collaboratively with clinicians for clinicopathological correlation (CPC)
Participate in hospital tumor boards, academic discussions, and interdepartmental meetings
Train and guide junior residents, interns, and undergraduate medical students
Maintain accurate lab records and ensure quality assurance and documentation compliance
Participate in departmental audits, NABL/NABH compliance processes, and case reviews
Assist in research activities, publications, and poster/paper presentations
Support departmental efforts in academic growth, CME programs, and conferences
Exposure to a fully functional diagnostic laboratory with modern infrastructure
