Job Description

Konnifel is seeking a highly motivated and academically oriented individual to join our Research Department as a Senior Research Analyst. The role demands strong scholarly research acumen, exceptional communication abilities, and the capacity to engage effectively with academicians, researchers, and students across disciplines.

The ideal candidate must possess a deep understanding of how academic research ecosystems function including peer-review processes, research methodology, grant/institutional collaboration workflows and demonstrate the ability to think strategically, manage multiple responsibilities, and lead with clarity and precision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage university-level research collaborations between professors, researchers, and students across disciplines.
  • Strategize and streamline processes for academic research engagement, ensuring efficiency and scholarly alignment.
  • Interact regularly with researchers, faculty members, and students to facilitate ongoing academic research projects and provide structured updates.
  • Handle data collection, analysis, and interpretation related to academic studies and institutional collaborations.
  • Prepare professional correspondence, including official communications, reports, manuscript summaries, and structured documentation for research coordination.
  • Support the development of research frameworks, literature mapping, timelines, and communication flows in alignment with institutional research priorities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure effective execution of departmental goals.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Master's degree with proven academic research background (thesis/dissertation mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of scholarly research methodologies, publication standards, and ethics (e.g., literature review, citation standards).
  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking abilities.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with senior researchers and professors professionally.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Demonstrated ability to handle data interpretation and academic reporting.
