Konnifel is seeking a highly motivated and research-driven individual to join our Research Department as a Senior Research Analyst. The role demands strong academic research acumen, exceptional communication abilities, and the capacity to engage effectively with academicians, researchers, and students across disciplines.
The ideal candidate must possess a deep understanding of how research ecosystems function, from methodology to collaboration and demonstrate the ability to think strategically, manage multiple responsibilities, and lead with clarity and precision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage academicresearch collaborations between professors, researchers, and students across disciplines.
- Strategize and streamline processes for research engagement, ensuring efficiency and academic alignment.
- Interact regularly with researchers, faculty members, and students to facilitate ongoing projects and provide structured updates.
- Handle data collection, analysis, and interpretation related to ongoing research initiatives and institutional collaborations.
- Prepare professional correspondence, including official communications, reports, and structured summaries for research coordination.
- Support the development of research frameworks, timelines, and communication flows in alignment with institutional priorities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure effective execution of departmental goals.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Master's degree with academic research background.
- Proven understanding of academic research processes, methodologies, and publication standards.
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking abilities.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with senior researchers and professors professionally.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Demonstrated ability to handle data interpretation and structured reporting.
