Senior Relationship Manager Field Sales (Location : Chennai)
Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Senior Relationship Manager Field Sales to lead initiatives focused on building and strengthening business partnerships that drive growth. The role requires a proactive professional with strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and a demonstrated ability to execute strategic business plans effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, evaluate, and pursue partnership opportunities to strengthen and diversify the business portfolio.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with new partners to support sustainable business growth and expansion goals.
- Identify new market opportunities and develop potential leads through proactive prospecting efforts.
- Conduct in-person meetings with clients across multiple locations within the assigned region to build and sustain professional relationships.
- Collaborate closely with senior management to structure, negotiate, and successfully close business opportunities.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant field.
- 710 years of proven experience in business development, field sales, or a related industry role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Target-driven mindset with a strong focus on achieving business objectives.
- Working knowledge of finance concepts and related terminology.
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Tamil.
- Ownership of a personal vehicle (preferably a two-wheeler) is an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the designated region.
- Prior experience engaging with CXOs and senior decision-makers through meetings, presentations, or proposal discussions is essential.
