We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Relationship Manager - Field Sales to drive initiatives for generating and engaging with business partners. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, critical thinking abilities, and a proven track record in executing strategic business plans.
Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and pursue partnership opportunities to expand the business portfolio.
Develop and nurture new relationships to support business growth and expansion objectives.
Explore new avenues to develop prospects and identify potential leads.
Conduct client meetings across various locations to establish and maintain business relationships.
Collaborate with management to finalize and close deals with prospective clients.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
8-12 years of industry-related experience in Business Development / Field Sales.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven experience in executing development strategies.
Understanding of finance and related terminology.
Proficiency in English and Hindi (regional language is a plus).
A Personal vehicle (preferably a two-wheeler) is an advantage.
Willingness to travel extensively across the Delhi/Pune region.
Prior experience interacting with CXOs and senior decision-makers is essential.
This role involves extensive field work and frequent travel. Candidates must be comfortable with on-ground client visits.
