Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Regional Sales Engineer who is highly motivated and passionate about sales. This role is crucial for driving customer satisfaction, loyalty, and business growth by utilizing sales tools and strategies to optimize efficiency. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, analytical, and customer-oriented individual with an engineering background and a strong willingness to travel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Optimization: Utilize sales tools like sales funnels and SFDC to improve sales efficiency. Analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and create strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Market Engagement: Travel extensively to understand regional nuances, customer preferences, and market dynamics. This hands-on approach will provide valuable insights to tailor your sales strategies effectively.
  • Customer Focus: Prioritize customer satisfaction to build long-term partnerships and drive business growth. Your dedication to meeting and exceeding customer expectations will be essential.
  • Collaboration: Work effectively with colleagues across all departments, leveraging collective expertise to deliver exceptional results in a dynamic team environment.
  • Problem-Solving: Apply strong analytical skills to identify the root causes of technical problems and develop effective solutions.

Required Candidate Profile

  • Education: A degree in Engineering is required.
  • Experience: We are open to hiring both freshers and candidates with 0-5 years of field sales experience. A proven track record of success in customer acquisition and retention is a plus.
