Senior Recruiter – US Hiring (Sales, Marketing & Product)

Location: Bangalore, India (Remote)

Experience: 5–9 years

Department: Human Resources

Description

We are looking for a high-impact Recruiter based in India who will own and deliver end-to-end hiring for US-based roles, primarily across Sales, Marketing, and Product functions. This role requires strong experience hiring for the US market, deep sourcing capability, and the ability to partner closely with business leaders across time zones.

You will play a critical role in scaling our US teams by bringing speed, rigour, and quality to hiring while navigating a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Recruitment Delivery

  • Own end-to-end recruitment for US-based roles across:
  • Sales (Account Executives, SDRs, Sales Leaders)
  • Marketing (Demand Gen, Product Marketing, Growth)
  • Product (Product Managers, Product Designers, Product Ops)
  • Drive the entire hiring lifecycle: intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and closure.
  • Deliver hiring outcomes with a strong focus on time-to-fill, quality of hire, and candidate experience.

US Market Hiring Expertise

  • Source and assess candidates specifically for the US market, with a strong understanding of:
  • US talent expectations
  • Compensation benchmarks
  • Role calibration and seniority levels
  • Partner effectively with US-based hiring managers and stakeholders across time zones.

Sourcing & Pipeline Building

  • Build strong and diverse talent pipelines using:
  • LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Direct sourcing
  • Referrals
  • Niche talent communities
  • Proactively map talent for priority roles and future hiring needs.

Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a trusted hiring partner to Sales, Marketing, and Product leaders.
  • Run structured intake discussions to clearly define role expectations and success profiles.
  • Provide regular updates, hiring insights, and market intelligence to stakeholders.

Process & Data

  • Maintain accurate data and documentation in the ATS.
  • Track and report on key hiring metrics (pipeline health, closures, drop-offs).
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes, interview quality, and candidate experience.

Required Skills :

Must-Have

  • 5–9 years of experience in recruitment, with significant exposure to US hiring.
  • Proven track record of hiring Sales, Marketing, and/or Product roles for US-based teams.
  • Strong expertise in direct sourcing and passive candidate engagement.
  • Experience working with global stakeholders and managing US time zones.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or product companies.
  • Exposure to hiring for high-growth or scaling organisations.
  • Familiarity with compensation benchmarking for US roles.

Tools & Technology

  • Hands-on experience with ATS platforms.
  • Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing tools.
  • Comfortable using data and dashboards to drive hiring decisions.
  • Exposure to AI-enabled sourcing or recruiting tools is a plus.

Behavioral & Soft Skills

  • High ownership mindset with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.
  • Bias for action, speed, and execution without compromising quality.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-changing environments.

Education Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or Maters degree from top tier institutes.
