Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Specialist with a strong background in lateral hiring and bulk hiring, preferably within the ed-tech industry. The candidate will play a key role in driving end-to-end recruitment processes and managing high-volume hiring requirements.
Responsibilities Include:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for lateral and bulk hiring mandates
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
Screen and shortlist candidates based on role requirements and cultural fit
Conduct HR screening interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
Handle high-volume hiring efficiently while maintaining quality of hires
Build and maintain a strong pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs
Partner with business stakeholders to understand hiring plans and timelines
Track and report recruitment metrics (closures, TAT, conversion ratios, etc.)
Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (HR preferred)
Minimum 3+ years of experience in recruitment
Proven experience in lateral hiring and bulk hiring
Mandatory experience in the Ed-Tech industry
Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle and sourcing strategies
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Preferred Skills:
Experience hiring for sales, inside sales, or business development roles
Hands-on experience with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.
Strong data tracking and reporting skills
Working Hours- Total 9 Hours (Including 1 hour Break)
Total productive Hours- 8 hours
Compensation:
Based on Last CTC and Interview Performance.
Mode : Work from Office.
