Job Description

  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies tailored to the APAC region.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and align recruitment plans accordingly.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates through various sourcing channels.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize strategies and improve outcomes.
  • Stay updated on market trends and industry practices to enhance recruitment effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Talent Acquisition Manager - APAC should have:

    • 10+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, with significant exposure to regional or APAC hiring
    • Proven track record of leading mid-management and senior leadership hiring in large, complex organizations
    • Prior experience in telecommunications, technology, business services, or other scale-led, matrixed industries
    • Strong understanding of APAC talent markets, including market mapping, benchmarking, and talent availability dynamics
    • Demonstrated ability to partner with senior business and HR leaders on workforce planning and strategic hiring decisions
    • Hands-on experience with ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and data-driven recruitment metrics
    • Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to influence hiring priorities and role design
    • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, multicultural, and multi-country environments
