Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Senior Recruiter role based in Ajmer. The Senior Recruiter will oversee the end-to-end recruitment process to support the organization's talent acquisition needs. Key responsibilities include sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, collaborating with hiring managers to align hiring strategies, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The role also involves creating recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent and staying updated on industry hiring trends to continually refine the process.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Talent Sourcing, Applicant Screening, and Interview Coordination
- Strong knowledge of Recruitment Strategies and Candidate Relationship Management
- Strong Communication, Interpersonal, and Negotiation Skills
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and manage deadlines
- Understanding of HR Policies, Employment Laws, and Market Trends
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Experience in recruitment roles, preferably in MSME or fast-paced business environments
