Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team in India. This role will play a strategic part in building our world-class engineering, product, and data science teams across India and other global locations. The ideal candidate will have deep sourcing expertise, a strong understanding of the tech ecosystem, and a passion for hiring top-tier talent in the AI and SaaS space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end recruitment for technical and product roles, including sourcing, screening, and closing top candidates.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand team needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline using both conventional and creative sourcing techniques.
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the company's vision and values while maintaining discretion about the employer's identity.
- Track key hiring metrics to continuously optimize processes and improve candidate experience.
- Ensure an inclusive, equitable recruitment process that attracts diverse talent.
- Stay updated on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor hiring activity.
Requirements:
- 58 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, with a strong focus on technology roles in startups or product-led companies.
- Proven track record of hiring in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
- Deep knowledge of the Indian talent market and familiarity with global hiring practices.
- Strong sourcing capabilities across LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other platforms.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Experience working with ATS tools (e.g., Lever, Greenhouse, or equivalent).
- Previous experience hiring for AI/ML, data, or deep tech roles is a strong plus.
- Should understand recruiting KPIs/metrics and be data driven
- Be a trusted advisor to the Hiring team.
- Provide talent insights , have a Growth mindset, be coachable, willing to learn new things and tech savvy and process savvy.
- Knowledge of the Indian tech talent market
- Expertise with negotiating offers, process and KPIs/metrics driven.
- Experience with end to end recruiting.
