Role Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Recruiter to lead and support recruitment efforts for AI Data Solutions-focused and crowdsourcing projects. This role is responsible for setting and managing project expectations, actively sourcing and coordinating deliverables with internal teams, candidates, and leadership.
Role Responsibilities
Prepares content for job advertisement, training materials and process documentation
Develops relevant and adaptable strategies to lead, coordinate and monitor the projects recruitment teams
Data analysis, tracking and strategy development to reach project targets Utilize crowdsourcing platforms, social media, online communities, and other innovative channels to identify potential candidates
Provides status reports regarding project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks and issues, and communicates across leadership
Prepares materials for presentations on sourcing insights for internal and external customers
Communicates and mediates between candidates, organizations and leadership teams to meet project targets and assure quality
Develops ways to bring ideas to execution
Stay up to date with latest sourcing trends, tools, and best practices in crowdsourcing.
Prepares training materials and provides training sessions for recruiters
Understands interdependencies between technology, operations and business needs
Promptly resolves issues, working across teams
Provides support and backup for the Sourcing Manager / Recruitment Team Lead
Other role related duties as assigned, dependent on program growth
Role Requirements Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Excellent verbal and written English proficiency Proven experience in recruiting for AI Data Solutions or crowdsourcing related projects.
Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Excellent skills in coordination, resource planning and estimation
Highly organized and able to handle tight deadlines
Self-motivated; able to follow directions, multi-task, and work independently
Tech-savvy, proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, and particularly comfortable with online platforms
Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
Expertise in sourcing via social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok) and digital marketing
Proactive, able to flag possible risks in the completion of the assignments and identify solutions
Genuine interest in diverse languages and cultures
Sense of humor and positive attitude

Role Requirements Education and/or Experience
Minimum Bachelor's degree with at least 5+ years of experience in Recruitment, Crowd Sourcing or Talent Acquisition
