Senior Quality Assurance Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Senior QA Manager to lead our Quality Assurance organization. You will be the architect of our testing strategy, bridging the gap between traditional excellence and the future of AI-driven engineering. Your mission is to ensure our products meet the highest standards of reliability while leveraging Agentic AI to automate the daily tasks and ensure our talent can focus on complex, high-value tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• QA Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive QA strategy that covers manual, automated, performance, and security testing across multiple product lines.
• AI Transformation: Lead the transition from traditional automation to Intelligent QA. This includes implementing GenAI and AI agents for autonomous regression testing to improve efficiency .
• Agile Integration: Seamlessly embed QA into the SDLC, ensuring Shift Left practices are standard and that quality is a shared responsibility between Product and Engineering.
• Team Leadership: Manage a multi-disciplinary team of QA Engineers and Leads. You will be responsible for hiring, performance management, and professional development.
• Metrics & Reporting: Establish and track KPIs (e.g., Quality Metrics, QA Improvement areas) to provide transparent quality health checks to the leadership team.
• Vendor & Tool Management: Evaluate and implement the best-in-class testing tools and platforms, ensuring a cost-effective and high-performance tech stack.

Requirement

Leadership

12 + years in QA Engineering with 5+ years in a management role.

Testing

Expert knowledge of manual testing methodologies and automated framework design (Web, Mobile, and API).

Hands on knowledge of Selenium, Java, TestNG, Playwright or Pytest.

AI/ML

Hands-on experience or a strong strategic roadmap for using LLMs and Agentic frameworks to optimize the testing lifecycle.

Hands on testing of Gen AI / Agentic AI product features

Process

Deep fluency in Agile and CI/CD integration (Jenkins and GitHub Actions). Ability to analyze and improve the current SDLC processes.

Communication

Proven ability to translate technical risks into business impact for stakeholders.
