Role - QA Automation Engineer

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented QA Automation Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in test automation, a solid understanding of QA methodologies, and a passion for delivering high-quality software.
Key Responsibilities
- Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely feedback
- Create detailed and well-structured test plans, test strategies, and test cases
- Perform end-to-end testing to ensure product quality across the lifecycle
- Execute regression testing and actively participate in release cycles
- Design, develop, and maintain automation scripts/frameworks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues
- Participate in code reviews and improve automation best practices
- Implement and oversee QA processes and testing procedures
- Stay updated with the latest testing tools and methodologies
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Quality Assurance / Software Testing
- Hands-on experience in test automation tools like Selenium, Playwright, or Appium
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and XP practices (TDD, CI/CD)
- Experience with collaboration tools like JIRA, GitHub, and Confluence
- Strong understanding of automation frameworks and testing lifecycle
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
