Company is located in Canada in EST time zone. The candidate should be available to work between 6:30PM to 10:30PM IST Mon-Fri to ensure overlap with the team in Canada.

Position: Senior QA Engineer

Role Overview

We're seeking an experienced QA Tester with strong IT helpdesk domain knowledge.

Required Experience

  • 3+ years of QA/testing experience in IT helpdesk or support desk environments like Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce Service Cloud, ServiceNow or similar.
  • Experience testing SaaS B2B enterprise software
  • Understanding of IT support workflows, ticket lifecycle, and support agent operations

Technical Skills

  • Testing Methodologies: Manual testing, test case design, regression testing, exploratory testing
