We are seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient
Senior QA Engineer to lead quality assurance efforts for our cutting-edge financial technology products. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of
5+ years of dedicated QA experience, a strong background in the highly regulated
Fintech domain, and the ability to drive automation strategies and mentor junior team members
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop, implement, and govern comprehensive QA strategies, methodologies, and best practices across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Lead the planning, design, and execution of end-to-end test plans for complex, multi-tiered applications in a fast-paced Agile/Scrum environment.
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks for functional, integration, and regression testing (API/Backend, UI, and Mobile).
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions) to support continuous delivery.
- Apply deep expertise in financial domain testing to validate complex business logic, financial calculations, trading systems, payment gateways, and regulatory compliance features.
- Ensure rigorous security testing is performed, focusing on authentication, data encryption, access controls, and compliance with industry standards like PCI DSS or GDPR.
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive experience in Software Quality Assurance.
- Mandatory 2+ years of hands-on experience in the Fintech (Financial Technology) industry.
- Expertise in API testing (REST/SOAP/GraphQL) and associated tools.
- Solid knowledge of SQL for database validation.
- Knowledge in Blockchain could be a plus point
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
