Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Requirement Review: Reviewing requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
Test Planning & Execution: Creating and executing test cases, scripts, and plans to validate software functionality and performance.
Debugging & Issue Verification: Debugging and verifying fixes for defects identified during testing.
Documentation & Reporting: Documenting test results and presenting them to stakeholders, including developers and product managers.
Code & Design Review: Participating in code and design reviews to provide feedback on software quality and testing considerations.
Collaboration: Collaborating with development teams to identify and resolve software issues.
Automation: Developing and maintaining automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG.
Quality Assurance: Ensuring software meets quality standards through strong understanding of testing methodologies and tools, including both manual and automated testing.
Communication: Maintaining effective communication with team members and stakeholders.
Attention to Detail: Demonstrating strong attention to detail and commitment to quality in all testing activities.
