We are looking for a Senior Calypso QA Engineer with expertise in Calypso testing, CATT automation, and API testing. This role requires an automation-first mindset and hands-on experience with test automation, CI/CD practices, and capital markets functionality. The ideal candidate will work closely with developers, solution architects, business analysts, and testers to ensure high-quality system enhancements.
Responsibilities:
- Leverage Calypso QA expertise to test system changes effectively.
- Own end-to-end testing for Agile development stories.
- Implement and enhance CATT automation frameworks.
- Conduct API testing using tools like Postman and SoapUI.
- Collaborate with developers, solution architects, business analysts, and testers to ensure seamless system integration.
- Work with Selenium and other test automation tools to improve testing efficiency.
- Support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices to ensure smooth deployment.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 4+ years of experience in Calypso QA.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with CATT automation, including solution design and new automation setups.
- 3+ years of experience in API testing using tools like Postman or SoapUI.
- Experience with Selenium and other test automation & CI/CD tools.
- Familiarity with capital markets asset classes, particularly FX, FXD, and BackOffice processing.
- Strong knowledge of SQL for data validation and testing.
- Exposure to DevOps and CI/CD practices.
