Role Summary
We are looking for a versatile QA and Automation Engineer who can design robust automation frameworks and execute end-to-end quality assurance across applications. This role involves manual and automated testing, framework development, and validating rule-based and AI/ML-driven logic.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and maintain automation frameworks for UI, API, and workflow testing.
- Prepare and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts for UI, API, regression, integration, and performance testing.
- Validate rule-based logic and AI/ML-generated recommendations.
- Collaborate with development teams to implement CI/CD pipelines for automated tests.
- Manage UAT issue tracking, bug reporting, and resolution.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Required Skills & Technologies
- Automation Tools: Selenium, Postman, JMeter
- Programming & Scripting: Advanced Python, Linux
- Version Control & CI/CD: Git, Jenkins, or similar tools
- Strong understanding of automation frameworks, test automation best practices, and performance testing
- Familiarity with AI/ML output validation is a plus
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
