Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced Purchase Manager from a real estate developer (construction) background who will be responsible for managing procurement activities, vendor management, and ensuring timely availability of materials at project sites. The candidate must have hands-on experience in Farvision software.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle end-to-end procurement for construction projects (civil, MEP, finishing materials, etc.)
- Develop and maintain a strong vendor network for cost-effective purchasing
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers
- Ensure timely delivery of materials as per project requirements
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with site and project teams
- Prepare purchase orders and ensure proper documentation
- Conduct market research for new suppliers and materials
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures
- Track purchase budgets and control costs effectively
- Coordinate with accounts for invoice processing and payment follow-ups
- Generate MIS reports and maintain records in Farvision ERP software
Required Skills & Qualifications:- Must have experience in real estate construction procurement
- Strong knowledge of construction materials and vendor sourcing
- Expertise in Farvision Software (Mandatory)
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Strong analytical and cost-control skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
