The Opportunity:

You are a strategic thinker with a proven track record of managing high-profile client accounts, crafting compelling narratives, and securing top-tier media placements. As a senior leader, you will mentor junior staff, nurture client relationships, and contribute to our agency's growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Campaign Development:Create and execute comprehensive, data-driven PR strategies that align with client business objectives, enhancing brand reputation and visibility.
- Media Relations Expertise:Proactively pitch stories, build and maintain deep-rooted relationships with top-tier journalists, trade media, and industry influencers.
- Content Creation & Storytelling:Oversee the development of high-impact press materials, including press releases, thought leadership articles, bylines, and media kits.
- Client Counsel & Management:Serve as the primary, trusted advisor to clients, leading client calls, presenting strategies, and proactively anticipating needs to foster long-term partnerships.
- Crisis Management:Develop, advise on, and execute crisis communication plans to protect client reputations.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship:Guide, motivate, and mentor junior account staff, fostering a collaborative, high-performing, and creative team environment.
- Account Financials & Reporting:Oversee account profitability, including budgeting, tracking KPIs, and analyzing media coverage to demonstrate ROI to clients.
What You Bring (Requirements)
- Experience:Minimum 68 years of experience in public relations, preferably in an agency environment.
- Track Record:Proven success in securing tier-one media placements (print, broadcast, online).
- Communication Skills:Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Creativity:A creative thinker who can find unique story angles.
- Education:Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
