Position Reports To: Group Business Director

Years of Experience: 10-12 Years

Hiring Location: Delhi

Overview – AVIAN We. are looking for an Senior PR Director to join our team and help our clients tell their stories in bold, unconventional ways. It's a very exciting time for our rapidly growing Lifestyle sector as we continue build the client roster and win some of the most exciting accounts in the industry.

Has a passion for client service, staff development and networking with a keen interest to play a leadership role . We are looking for someone who can see the bigger picture of it all, but who has an eye for detail to ensure that what the team delivers to clients is buttoned-up and error-free.

Job Functions -

  • Lead and manage large client engagements, serving as day-to-day client lead.
  • Working closely with media, digital and creative specialists to deliver on client objectives on integrated clients
  • Demonstrate success in nurturing, growing and sustaining client relationships
  • Develop creative campaign programming and continually look for ways to improve client programs to achieve objectives
  • Manage and track budgets ensuring programs are delivered on budget and within client's expectations.
  • Ensure flawless execution of all program elements across multichannel programs that incorporate digital and social media communications
  • Establish strong collaboration and communication across account teams and cross-agency teams
  • Collaborate along with senior management towards the growth of Lifestyle practice
  • Adept in networking to get intelligence on new business opportunities
  • Lead new business pitches
  • People Management
  • Mentor and motivate staff with the goal of retention and development
  • Supervise direct reports and take ownership of career planning activities
  • Develop resource allocation across team including monthly client budget management and staffing allocations.
  • Model and hold team accountable to demonstrating agency values
  • Manage and track team utilization
  • Support organic growth opportunities
  • Participate in cross agency initiatives
