Role Summary
The Senior project manager is responsible to design, solution and deploy an initiative using a Std methodology and ensure it is delivered on track and within the budgeted cost. He/She will be responsible to manage stakeholders and the project/program governance as well.
Convert ideation opportunities by Design thinking, Solution and deploy across Process, Technology and Data.
Job Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's degree in finance
- Master's degree preferred
Relevant Experience
- Overall, 12 - 15 years of experience in Process design, Technology deployments and consulting experience.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in process transition and ability to work with multiple teams across multiple geographies effectively on a virtual basis
- Minimum of 3 years experience in deploying technology solutions
- Excellent in Change Management and should have led the change management workstream in a large program/Project
- Should be able to display how he/she was able to convert an opportunity into solution
- PMP certification desired
- Six Sigma Lean/BB Certification desired
- Should have managed small teams or ability to exhibit to managerial skills
Technical Know-how/Tools used
- Strong understanding of six sigma tools - linkage and usage Working knowledge of MS project to build project plans
- Excellent analytical, Excel, PowerPoint, MS office and documentation skills
- Exposure to enterprise data warehouse and Salesforce-based systems preferred, but not mandatory
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of a project from Initiation to Closure
- Manage Large Project from Scoping to Monitoring/Closure
- Strong Program management Experience with the capability to Lead/Manage multiple work streams
- Be a Change Management expert
- Develop and manage the transitions methodology and related tools / templates for all work transitions
- Act as a primary interface for the project between Business Stakeholders and Pretium India Operations
- Engage effectively with customers and deploy Standard Program/Project Management Methodology
- Interface with 3rd party suppliers, involving planning, timelines and quality of deliverables
- Manage and implement project responsibilities from inception to completion including: cost, benefits, quality, scope, and schedule
- Develop and implement risk mitigation plans
- Regularly and effectively communicate project and team status throughout the organization levels on progress, issues, and opportunities
- Deliver project customer satisfaction and productivity commitments
- Establish and maintain business relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Partner with Cross functional teams in understanding business pain points and arrive at appropriate IT and/or Re-engineering solutions
- Liaise with various teams and Create Work Breakdown Structures, Project Schedules and Project Timelines for the team
- Maintain Effective Project Documentation
- Manage the entire new project intake process, including helping US managers understand their role in executing a successful transition
- Coordinate with US stakeholders to understand processes and establish end-to-end project transition plan
