Job Description

What You'll Do

Own end-to-end delivery for one or more PODs aligned to key business initiatives such as eCommerce, personalisation, supply chain, and merchandising.
Drive PI planning, sprint planning, and execution tracking across multiple cross-functional teams.
Manage dependencies across PODs, vendors, and enterprise platforms to ensure smooth delivery.
Ensure predictable delivery by providing clear visibility into progress, risks, and outcomes.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and enforce Scrum best practices.
Coach teams on Agile maturity, continuous improvement, and outcome-driven delivery.
Partner with Product Owners to maintain a well-groomed, prioritised backlog.
Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, product, and engineering teams to drive alignment.
Provide transparent and regular updates to leadership on delivery status, risks, and milestones.
Lead execution of retail and digital programs, including web/mobile commerce, personalisation, order management, and supply chain systems.
Coordinate effectively between onshore and offshore (GCC) teams.
Identify risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies early, and drive mitigation strategies.
Oversee release planning and coordinate deployments with DevOps teams.
Ensure quality, stability, and readiness for production releases.
Track delivery metrics (velocity, cycle time, predictability, defect leakage) and drive improvements.
Conduct retrospectives and implement actionable improvements for team performance.

What You Know

8–12+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Scrum Master, or Program Management roles.
Proven experience managing large-scale, cross-functional Agile programs.
Strong understanding of retail and eCommerce systems and business processes.
Hands-on experience working in POD-based or product-centric delivery models.
Expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and delivery frameworks.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including executive-level interactions.
Experience using tools like Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar.
Ability to manage multiple teams, dependencies, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and ownership-driven mindset.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Education

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Applications, or related field.
