**About the Role:**

We are seeking an experienced Senior Jira Administrator to lead and manage our company's Jira instance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Jira's features and functionality, as well as excellent technical and leadership skills.

**Requirements:**

- 5+ years of experience in Jira administration, with a strong focus on configuration, customization, and leadership.

- In-depth knowledge of Jira's features and functionality, including workflows, issue types, dashboards, and reporting.

- Experience with Jira plugins and add-ons, such as Jira Service Desk, Jira Align, and Bitbucket.

- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project management principles.

- Excellent technical and leadership skills, with the ability to lead and manage a team of Jira administrators.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Atlassian Certified Jira Administrator (ACJA) certification or equivalent experience.

**Nice to Have:**

- Experience with Atlassian products, such as Confluence and Bitbucket.

- Knowledge of scripting languages, such as Python or Groovy.

- Experience with cloud-based Jira instances, including AWS or Azure.

- Experience with Jira migration and upgrade projects.

- Certification in Agile methodologies, such as Scrum Master or Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP).
