- Education: Bachelor's degree (Chartered/Professional qualifications preferred).
- Experience: Proven track record in managing multi-country projects and leading virtual, multicultural teams.
- Skills: Strong leadership, commercial acumen, and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Certifications: PMI or equivalent project management certification (desirable).
