Role Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager – IT to lead large, cross-functional technology projects aligned with the organization's IT roadmap. The role will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, including planning, governance, stakeholder management, vendor coordination, risk mitigation, and implementation.

Location: Bangalore (Jayanagar) | Reporting to: Head – IT Strategic Projects 

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple strategic technology initiatives from planning to execution, ensuring timely and quality delivery within budget.
• Build detailed project plans, track milestones and dependencies, and drive strong governance through regular reviews and status reporting.
• Work closely with business teams, technical teams, vendors, and leadership to define, implement, and monitor effective technology solutions.
• Identify risks early, drive mitigation plans, and ensure end-to-end quality assurance across projects. 

Qualification, Experience & Skills Required

• Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Computer Science or MBA from a reputed institute; preferably with Agile Scrum Master certification.
• 10+ years of experience in project management, with proven ability to manage large, cross-functional end-to-end technology projects.
• Strong expertise in project planning, governance, vendor management, stakeholder coordination, documentation, and risk management.
• Good domain knowledge in Banking/Microfinance, especially across the loan lifecycle from origination to closure
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and translate technical issues into business impact.
• Willingness to travel across operational locations when required.
