- As a Senior Project Manager - IoT Solutions, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful completion of a variety of system level projects that showcase how Infineon silicon and software can enable differentiated features in Edge AI & Internet of Things (IoT)applications. Projects can include proof-of-concept hardware demonstrations, reference designs, and application specific evaluation /development platforms. You will be part of Infineon's Consumer, Computing & Communication (C3) Segment, focused on Edge AI & IoT applications. If you thrive in matrix environments and enjoy managing a team of engineers to create system level embedded solutions to solve real world problems focused on Edge AI & IoT applications, then apply now!
Your future job includes:
- Leading a cross functional team to deliver IoT solution projects on time.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to define project requirements, create project schedules and resource plans, and manage projects within budgets.
- Conducting forward-looking risk management assessments and identifying risk mitigation strategies.
- Reporting regularly to stakeholders.
- Communication proactively with different internal and external project partners.
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed:
- You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- 10+ years of work experience and 5+ years in project management
- Technical background in the Internet of Things, semiconductors, or embedded software/hardware is desired
- Outstanding communication skills
- Agile mindset and stress resistant
- Out-of-the box thinking capability
- Fluent English skills
- Experience in using project management tools
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working with matrixed organizations to deliver projects
- Experience managing external design house partners
- Good critical thinking skills.
