About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and manage construction and VDC projects with a strong focus on international (US) project exposure. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with global stakeholders and lead high-impact projects from planning through execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management including planning, execution, and delivery
- Manage project engineering activities such as change orders, submittals, and coordination
- Act as the primary point of contact between leadership, clients, and project teams
- Supervise, mentor, and develop project teams across multiple levels
- Conduct project meetings and ensure alignment across stakeholders
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Prepare and present project status reports to leadership
- Maintain documentation, project records, and compliance standards
- Collaborate with international clients and cross-functional teams
- Support estimation, resource planning, and project strategy initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
- 7–10+ years of experience in construction project management
- Minimum 5+ years of experience managing end-to-end projects
- Strong experience with change orders, submittals, and project coordination
- 4–5 years of team leadership or supervisory experience
- Exposure to US construction projects or international clients
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Revit, Navisworks, Bluebeam, Procore, and MS Office
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with reputed construction or engineering firms
- Project management certifications or industry affiliations
- Experience in VDC or BIM-driven project environments
- Strong client-facing and international coordination experience
