Qualification and Certification:
- BE/B Tech/MCA Computer/IT with 8 Years relevant experience in IT/IteS .
- JNCIP-DC/CCNP -DC Certification and PMP Certification.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Should have hands on experience of implementing new Data Centers.
- Should be able to drive deliverables as per contract timelines and ensure contractual compliance are met.
- Should be able to communicate and engage with Customer and Internal stakeholders on scope, deliverable, schedule etc.
- Should be able to establish the Processes, Procedures, Define SOPs for Operations and Maintenance support for a Newly Build Data Center support.
- Should be able to prepare operational and documentation requirements for ISO 27K implementation and certifications.
- Should be responsible for data centre (DC) and DR activities like installations, hosting, upgradations, migration, incident management, change management, performance tuning activities and patching etc.
- Should be responsible for the project management throughout the entire project lifecycle, including project initiation, project delivery, stakeholder management, post implementation review and project close out / handover.
- Should have to work closely with other team members and Shall be responsible for overall work assigned to Contractor for all the data centres and DR
- Should be responsible for implementing International Best Practices in the relevant area of data centre, like Security, DR Implementation, etc.
- Should be responsible for the delivery of all project deliverables as per the bid
- Should provide technical solutions and strategic recommendations to enhance service quality
