Role Description

We are seeking a qualified Senior Project Manager for a full-time on-site role based in New Delhi. The Senior Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of construction and development projects to ensure they meet quality, timeline, and budgetary requirements. Responsibilities include coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, managing logistics, supervising project expediting and inspection processes, and addressing project-related challenges. The role involves ensuring compliance with safety standards and effective communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in project management, with expertise in planning, overseeing, and executing construction and development projects
• Experience in Contractor & Consultant coordination and review
• Strong skills in expediting and inspection to ensure quality standards and project timelines are met
• Experience with logistics management, including efficient coordination and allocation of resources
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership abilities
• Progress Reporting and Documentation experience
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience in project management or a similar role
• Proficiency in project management tools and software
