As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading complex, high-impact projects from initiation to successful completion. You will work closely with stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and leadership to ensure alignment of business goals, timelines, budgets, and quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to navigate challenges and deliver results.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of strategic projects.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets; monitor progress and ensure on-time delivery.
- Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively resolve issues.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across engineering, business, operations, and external partners.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, governance frameworks, and best practices.
- Provide transparent and regular reporting to leadership and stakeholders.
- Mentor and guide junior project managers to strengthen the project management function.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of project management experience with at least 3 years in a senior/lead capacity.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, complex projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and leadership capabilities with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Asana, etc.).
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.
