We are looking for a Senior Manager – Product Marketing to lead go‑to‑market strategy, messaging & positioning, and market activation for HCLTech AI Factory. AI Factory is HCLTech's full‑stack AI capability that enables enterprises to design, build, and run AI across cloud, data center, and hybrid environments.

This role requires a hands‑on product marketer who can operate at the intersection of business strategy, product management, partner ecosystems, analyst engagement, and integrated marketing execution. The role is part of Global AI Marketing, with strong alignment to AI Factory business leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Product Marketing Leadership

  • Own product (and solutions) marketing for AI Factory, translating complex engineering, cloud, and data center capabilities into differentiated market narratives.
  • Develop and evolve AI Factory positioning, messaging, and value propositions aligned to enterprise AI scale, reliability, and operations.

Business, Product & Partner Interlock

  • Drive close day‑to‑day interlock with AI Factory business leaders and product management teams to align roadmap, differentiation, and GTM priorities.
  • Work closely with partners and alliances (hyperscalers, infrastructure, Tech OEMs, platform and ecosystem partners) to support joint positioning and GTM motions.

GotoMarket Strategy & Execution

  • Define and execute GTM strategies for AI Factory capabilities, including launches, events, service evolution, and market expansions.
  • Ensure GTM readiness across messaging, sales enablement, field assets, and campaign execution.

Analyst Relations & Market Influence

  • Partner closely with the Analyst Relations team to drive:
  • Analyst briefings and inquiries
  • Analyst‑commissioned papers and showcase reports
  • AR inputs for RFPs, RFIs, and large deal motions
  • Support analyst narrative shaping for AI Factory across cloud, data center, and managed services discussions.

Integrated Internal & External Campaigns

  • Drive integrated campaigns across internal enablement and external market activation, working with corporate comms, digital, field, and other marketing functions.
  • Ensure consistent AI Factory storytelling across website content, sales assets, events, leadership presentations, and partner activations.

Content, Enablement & Assets

  • Own core GTM assets such as messaging frameworks, sales playbooks, brochure and flyers, offering videos, case studies, demos narratives, and executive‑level presentations.
  • Enable sales and presales teams with clear, outcome‑focused narratives tailored to enterprise buyers.

Market, Competitive & Ecosystem Intelligence

  • Track trends across cloud platforms, data center infrastructure, managed services, and AI ecosystems.
  • Analyze competitive positioning and analyst insights to continuously sharpen AI Factory differentiation.

Measurement & Optimization

  • Define success metrics for GTM and marketing initiatives and track impact on pipeline influence, adoption, and market traction.
  • Use insights to refine messaging, campaigns, and GTM execution.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B product marketing or solution marketing within IT services, ICT, enterprise software, or cloud‑centric organizations.
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Cloud platforms and hyperscaler ecosystems
  • Data center and infrastructure services
  • Managed services and enterprise IT operations
  • Proven experience owning GTM strategy, positioning, and messaging for complex enterprise technology solutions.
  • Hands‑on experience working with product management, business leaders, partners/alliances, and analyst relations teams.
  • Exposure to ABM strategies is a good to have, but not mandatory.
  • Strong storytelling, communication, and stakeholder‑influencing skills.
  • Comfortable operating in fast‑moving, matrixed environments with multiple cross‑functional dependencies.
  • Experience managing agencies and partners for content and campaign execution.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
