Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience in Data Science or ML Engineering
- Strong foundation in machine learning, statistics, and predictive modeling
- Experience building and deploying ML models at scale
- Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Experience with data pipelines, model deployment, and cloud platforms
- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
- Experience in commerce, QCom, or CPG is preferred
- Hands-on experience in demand forecasting, price elasticity, MMM, or promo effectiveness is a plus
Responsibilities
- Lead design and development of ML models for business problems
- Guide team on feature engineering, model selection, and tuning
- Oversee productionization and scalability of ML systems
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business problems into ML solutions
- Ensure robustness, performance, and monitoring of deployed models
- Mentor junior data scientists and ML engineers
