Main Duties and Scope of Role -
At StudyIn, the website is not just a platform, it is a core business asset and primary growth engine for international student acquisition. We are looking for a Senior Website Product Manager who will act as the end-to-end owner of our global website ecosystem (35+ country sites). This role is accountable for turning the website into a high-performing, conversion-driven digital asset that directly impacts revenue. You will own strategy, performance, and outcomes, not just delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Website Ownership & Business Impact
- Own the website as a business asset, with accountability for traffic, engagement, and conversions
- Define and drive the global website strategy aligned with business growth targets
- Continuously improve the website as a lead generation and conversion engine
- Audit and rebuild the website funnel and SEO foundation from the ground up
- Identify and fix critical gaps in traffic acquisition, UX, and conversion flows before scaling optimisation
Growth & Conversion
- Identify and execute opportunities to increase intent, organic traffic, lead quality, and conversion rates
- Drive conversion rate optimization (CRO) across all funnels (landing → lead → application)
- Improve lead capture flows to increase intent, not just volume
- Own experimentation roadmap (A/B testing, personalization, UX improvements)
- Define and execute a global SEO/GEO strategy across 35 plus markets
- Own technical SEO roadmap including indexing, crawlability, schema, Core Web Vitals, internal linking, and information architecture
- Define international SEO strategy including hreflang, localization, and geo-targeting best practices
- Drive organic discoverability across traditional and AI-driven search ecosystems
Global Website Management (35+ Countries)
- Manage and scale WordPress multi-site ecosystem across 35+ country websites
- Balance global consistency with local market needs (content, UX, SEO)
- Build reusable templates, components, and governance frameworks
- Own website integrations with CRM, analytics, marketing automation, and attribution systems
- Improve lead tracking accuracy and funnel visibility across channels
Data & Performance
- Own website KPIs: traffic, conversion rate, bounce rate, lead quality, funnel drop-offs
- Use tools like GA4, Search Console, Hotjar to drive data-backed decisions
- Monitor and improve page speed, technical SEO, and overall performance
- Own website contribution to revenue pipeline, applications, and business growth
Cross-functional Leadership
- Partner with marketing, SEO, GEO content, regional teams, design, and engineering
- Translate business goals into clear product requirements and roadmap
- Manage agencies, vendors, and internal teams for execution
Platform & Technology
- Own WordPress CMS architecture, plugins, and integrations
- Ensure scalability, security, and performance across all sites
- Evaluate and introduce new tools to improve website effectiveness
- Reduce dependency on fragmented templates and improve reusability
- Optimize website architecture and content for AI search, LLM discoverability, and generative search experiences
- Monitor evolving search behavior and adapt acquisition strategies accordingly
- Ensure compliance with accessibility, privacy, cookie, and international regulatory requirements
- Monitor website uptime, platform reliability, and operational risks
Add Governance & Scalability Ownership
- Establish governance frameworks for publishing, SEO compliance, UX consistency, and website hygiene across markets
- Standardize reusable templates, components, and workflows to improve scalability and execution speed
About The Candidate (including Required Competencies)
- 5–7 years in product management, with strong focus on web/growth products
- Proven experience owning a website as a conversion or revenue-driving asset
- Strong hands-on experience with WordPress (multi-site preferred)
- Deep understanding of SEO, CRO, and digital funnels
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in GA4 and experimentation
- Ability to operate with high ownership and accountability for outcomes
- Experience managing multi-country / multi-market websites
