Main Duties & Scope of the role
We are looking for a Marketing Executive – Website to manage and optimize our global web presence across 35+ country-specific websites. This role requires strong execution capability, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multi-region website operations at scale. You will be responsible for ensuring the website functions as a high-performing, conversion-driven marketing channel, supporting campaigns, SEO, GEO and localized user experiences.Main Duties & Scope of the role.
Key Responsibilities
Global Website Management
- Manage day-to-day operations of 35+ country websites on WordPress
- Ensure brand consistency in structure, design, and user experience across markets
- Coordinate with regional teams to manage localized content and updates
Content & Page Management
- Create, update, and publish all webpages (landing pages, country pages, university pages)
- Maintain accuracy, quality, and consistency of content and images across all websites
- Manage bulk updates efficiently across multiple sites
- Own A/B testing roadmap for landing pages, forms for conversion
Campaign Execution
- Build and optimize landing pages for marketing campaigns
- Work closely with marketing teams to ensure timely campaign launches
- Ensure pages are optimized for lead generation and conversions
SEO/GEO & Optimization
- Implement on-page SEO and GEO best practices across all websites
- Monitor keyword performance and update content accordingly
- Ensure internal linking, metadata, and page structure are optimized
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Track key website metrics (traffic, conversions, engagement) using GA4
- Identify best performing & underperforming pages and recommend improvements
- Support CRO initiatives and A/B testing execution
- Track organic funnel conversion and support organic lead targets.
Quality Assurance & Maintenance
- Regularly audit websites for errors, broken links, and inconsistencies
- Ensure responsiveness and performance across devices
- Maintain high standards of website hygiene across all markets
Cross-functional Coordination
- Work with product, SEO, content, external vendor and brand - design teams
- Coordinate with internal engineering and external developers for technical updates when required
- Act as a bridge between global strategy and local execution
About The Candidate (including Required Competencies)
- 2–5 years of experience in website management, digital marketing, or similar role
- Strong hands-on experience with WordPress (multi-site preferred)
- Experience managing multi-country or multi-region websites
- Solid understanding of SEO, GEO and website optimization
- Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4) and performance tracking
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and high-volume execution
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
