We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who is a builder at heart, deeply analytical, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment. This is a high-visibility role you will report directly to the Co-Founder and drive product strategy across one or more of our apps. You will be the connective tissue between business goals, data insights, and engineering execution. Product Strategy And Ownership
The candidate will have responsibilities across the following functions
:
- Own the end-to-end product roadmap for your charter from ideation to launch to post-launch iteration.
- Define product vision aligned with Tamasha's growth goals and present it directly to the Co- Founder and leadership.
- Make data-backed prioritisation decisions balancing user needs, business impact, and technical feasibility.
Data-Driven Decision Making
- Deep-dive into user data, engagement metrics, funnel analytics, and retention cohorts to surface insights.
- Design and run A/B experiments; interpret results rigorously and translate them into product bets
- Build and maintain dashboards (SQL, Metabase, Amplitude, or similar tools) to track KPIs and health metrics
- Partner with Data Science and Analytics teams to build predictive models and personalisation capabilities
Cross-Functional Execution
- Work closely with Design, Engineering, Marketing, and Growth teams to ship high-quality features on time
- Write crisp PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria; ensure shared alignment across stakeholders
- Remove blockers, unblock engineers, and maintain sprint velocity without compromising product quality
User Research And Market Intelligence
- Lead user interviews, usability studies, and surveys to deeply understand our user segments
- Monitor competitive landscape across live streaming, social gaming, and creator economy platforms
- Translate qualitative insights into quantified product opportunities
Growth And Monetisation
- Identify and execute levers for user acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention (AARRR).
- Partner with business teams on monetisation features: virtual goods, coins, gifting, subscriptions.
- Own creator and user lifecycle journeys across apps in the Tamasha ecosystem.
Requirements
- 6-7 years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in a senior/lead PM role.
- Strong data orientation, comfortable writing SQL queries, building dashboards, and driving product decisions from data.
- Must-have experience in Consumer Applications with large user bases (1M+ DAU preferred).
- Proven track record of owning 01 features as well as scaling existing products.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to influence without authority.
- Prior experience in the Social Entertainment or Gaming industry is strongly preferred.
Nice-to-Have
- Hands-on experience with Amplitude, Mixpanel, CleverTap, Firebase, or similar tools.
- Exposure to creator economy platforms or social networking products.
- Experience at a high-growth startup (Series A-C stage).
- Technical background or prior engineering experience.
