Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to work on the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for Pinkvilla's website and mobile applications (iOS & Android). This role requires a strong mix of consumer product thinking, data-driven decision-making, and execution excellence to enhance user engagement, retention, and monetization.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Leadership

• Work with the product team in managing end-to-end product lifecycle for Pinkvilla's web and app platforms
• Define and drive the product roadmap aligned with business goals (traffic, engagement, revenue)
• Identify new opportunities in content consumption, personalization, and user experience

User Experience & Growth

• Improve user journeys across content discovery, reading, video consumption, and sharing
• Drive SEO, app engagement, retention, and DAU/MAU growth
• Optimize funnels (homepage → article → video → subscription/ad engagement)

Data & Analytics

• Use tools like Google Analytics, Firebase, Mixpanel, etc. to track performance
• Run A/B tests and experiments to improve conversion and engagement
• Define and monitor key metrics: retention, session time, bounce rate, CTR

Monetization

• Work closely with revenue teams to optimize ad placements, page performance, and yield
• Explore new monetization streams (subscriptions, commerce integrations, branded content formats)

Execution & Collaboration

• Collaborate with engineering, design, editorial, SEO, and sales teams
• Translate business requirements into clear product requirements (PRDs)
• Drive sprint planning, prioritization, and timely delivery

Platform & Performance

• Improve site speed, app performance, and scalability
• Ensure best practices in Core Web Vitals, app stability, and UX standards

Requirements

Experience

• 5 - 8+ years in Product Management (preferably in media, content, or consumer internet)
• Proven experience managing high-traffic websites and mobile apps

Skills

• Strong understanding of consumer behavior, content platforms, and engagement loops
• Hands-on with analytics tools (GA4, Firebase, Mixpanel, etc.)
• Experience working with SEO, content products, or ad-driven businesses
• Ability to balance editorial needs + product scalability
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Technical Understanding

• Good understanding of frontend/backend systems, APIs, CMS platforms
• Familiarity with app ecosystems (iOS/Android), push notifications, and personalization engines
