About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead product strategy and execution for Content Management - the knowledge foundation powering AI-assisted responses across the Responsive platform.
Content Management is evolving from a traditional repository and governance system into an intelligent knowledge platform powered by AI. The goal is to help customers ingest, curate, improve, govern, and maintain high-quality knowledge with significantly lower manual effort.
- Intelligent Knowledge Management - This role will focus on building intelligent content management capabilities using AI agents, automation, and workflow intelligence to continuously improve content quality, freshness, trust, and reusability across enterprise response workflows.
- AI-powered governance and automation - Areas of focus include AI-assisted ingestion and organization, stale content detection, knowledge recommendations, trust and governance workflows, and reducing operational effort involved in content management.
- Customer and workflow orientation - The role requires strong understanding of enterprise workflows and close engagement with customers and field teams to understand how knowledge quality impacts AI-assisted response workflows and business outcomes.
- Systems thinking and product depth - We are looking for someone who can think deeply about content systems, knowledge workflows, metadata, trust, permissions, reuse, and AI-assisted orchestration - not just standalone features.
What You'll Own
- Define and evolve the roadmap for Content Management capabilities across the Responsive platform
- Drive product direction for:
- AI-assisted content ingestion and organization
- Content quality, freshness, and lifecycle management
- Trusted retrieval and AI-grounded responses
- AI-powered governance and automation workflows
- Improve how organizational knowledge is reused across various use cases - including responses (RFx, questionnaires), field/team queries, and trust center experiences
- Define, measure and improve success metrics around content quality, trust, reuse, and operational efficiency
- Partner closely with Engineering, AI/ML teams, UX, GTM, and customer-facing teams
- Engage with customers and field teams to understand knowledge management and governance challenges
What We're Looking For
Required
- 7+ years of Product Management experience in SaaS, platform, or enterprise workflow products
- Strong systems thinking and structured problem-solving ability
- Demonstrated ownership of outcomes, not just feature delivery
- Experience working with Engineering and AI/ML teams on complex product or platform capabilities
- Strong product judgment, prioritization, and communication skills
- Demonstrated AI-first thinking and hands-on use of AI tools in day-to-day product workflows
Strong Advantages
- Familiarity or experience with knowledge management, search/retrieval, governance, AI-assisted workflows, or content systems
- Experience with AI-powered workflows, copilots, orchestration, or evaluation systems
- Hands-on use of AI tools for research, prototyping, workflow design, or product development
- Ability to prototype workflows or use AI-assisted coding tools independently
- Technical fluency with APIs, LLMs, vector databases, or AI infrastructure concepts
- B.Tech in Computer Science (or equivalent technical background) and MBA is a plus
