About the Role :

We are looking for a Product Manager to lead privacy and compliance initiatives across Media.net's advertising platforms.

This role sits at the intersection of adtech, data governance, identity, and platform infrastructure. You will work closely with Engineering, Legal, Data Science, and business teams to build scalable privacy-aware solutions across our programmatic advertising stack.

The role requires strong understanding of adtech systems, evolving privacy regulations, consent ecosystems, and identity frameworks. You will help translate regulatory and industry changes into product capabilities that can operate reliably at scale.

This is a high-ownership role with exposure to core platform systems and evolving industry-wide changes around cookieless advertising, attribution, and privacy-preserving technologies.

Responsibilities:

● Own and drive privacy and compliance related product initiatives across Media.net's advertising platforms.

● Translate evolving regulations such as GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, DPDPA, and ePrivacy requirements into scalable product and platform capabilities.

● Work with Engineering teams on consent management, identity systems, data governance, and privacy-safe measurement solutions.

● Drive adoption of privacy-preserving advertising technologies including Privacy Sandbox APIs, contextual targeting, clean room integrations, and first-party identity strategies.

● Partner with Legal and Compliance teams on DPIAs, privacy reviews, and regulatory assessments for new platform capabilities.

● Collaborate with Data Science and Analytics teams to evaluate the impact of signal loss, attribution changes, and privacy constraints on optimization and measurement systems.

● Work with publisher, revenue, and account management teams to support privacy-related platform capabilities and customer requirements.

● Monitor changes across browser ecosystems, IAB standards, identity frameworks, and industry regulations to assess impact on Media.net products.

● Evaluate external vendors and platforms related to consent management, identity resolution, and privacy tooling.

Requirements:

● 4+ years of Product Management experience in adtech, martech, programmatic advertising, or large-scale data platforms.

● Strong understanding of RTB systems, SSP/DSP ecosystem, ad serving infrastructure, and programmatic data flows.

● Experience working on products involving privacy, compliance, consent management, identity, or data governance.

● Familiarity with privacy regulations such as GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and emerging frameworks including DPDPA.

● Understanding of consent frameworks including IAB TCF and GPP.

● Comfortable working with APIs, event pipelines, tracking systems, and technical platform teams. ● Strong execution and cross-functional stakeholder management skills.
