About The Team And The Role
Instamart is Swiggy's quick commerce platform, focused on delivering everyday essentials to consumers in minutes. The Storefront and Homepage team owns Instamart's most critical consumer-facing surfaces that drive discovery, engagement, and conversion at scale.
Senior Product Managers at Swiggy work closely with Design, UX Research, Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, Marketing, and Business teams to build intuitive, high-impact B2C experiences.
What will you get to do here
>Own the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for Instamart's B2C storefront and homepage
>Build intuitive, high-conversion UI/UX experiences for discovery, navigation, and merchandising
>Partner with Design and UX Research to create simple, scalable, and consumer-first interfaces
>Work with Engineering, Data Science, and Analytics to ship data-driven products at scale
>Drive experimentation through A/B tests to improve engagement, conversion, and retention
>Define and own success metrics aligned to customer experience and business outcomes
What are we looking for
>6+ years of Product Management experience with strong exposure to B2C consumer products
>Proven track record of building and scaling UI/UX-led products impacting millions of users
>Deep understanding of experimentation, data analysis, and consumer behavior
>Consumer-obsessed mindset with ability to balance delight and business goals
>Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
>Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-ownership environments
