SCOT AIM in India is seeking an innovative & entrepreneurial Senior Product Manager (Sr. PM). You will be responsible for driving product vision, adoption strategy & own business outcomes for India for Availability. In this role, you will work extensively with India business, operations, finance, legal and seller teams along with central product, science and tech teams to fulfill your mission.

Key job responsibilities
-Own the product roadmap and business outcomes for availability metrics (SoROOS, FTI, PCSIC FTI)
-Work with stakeholders to define user stories for metric evolution and new launches
-Envision and create product roadmaps based on strategy including core product features, business performance/availability, and success criteria
-Drive launches of new metric capabilities as per IN Stores requirements
-Partner with data engineering teams on metric pipeline architecture and technical implementations
-Influence senior leadership through data-driven insights on availability outcomes

As the first product manager in this space, you'll face exciting challenges that require innovative thinking:

. Build processes from scratch in an ambiguous environment.
. Create automated solutions where manual processes currently exist.
. Navigate complex stakeholder relationships across multiple business units.
. Balance short-term wins with long-term scalable solutions.
. Drive change management in a traditional business environment.

Basic Qualifications

- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience as a product manager or owner

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
