Description
SCOT AIM in India is seeking an innovative & entrepreneurial Senior Product Manager (Sr. PM). You will be responsible for driving product vision, adoption strategy & own business outcomes for India for Availability. In this role, you will work extensively with India business, operations, finance, legal and seller teams along with central product, science and tech teams to fulfill your mission.
Key job responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap and business outcomes for availability metrics (SoROOS, FTI, PCSIC FTI)
- Work with stakeholders to define user stories for metric evolution and new launches
- Envision and create product roadmaps based on strategy including core product features, business performance/availability, and success criteria
- Drive launches of new metric capabilities as per IN Stores requirements
- Partner with data engineering teams on metric pipeline architecture and technical implementations
- Influence senior leadership through data-driven insights on availability outcomes
About The Team
The Availability Product Team within SCOT (Supply Chain Optimization Technology) owns Glance View (GV) metrics that measure our ability to offer selection that is in-stock and ready to ship to customers worldwide. The team manages key business metrics including:
- Sourceable Retail Out of Stock (SoROOS)
- FastTrack Instock (FTI) - BBFTI, PCSICFTI
The team identifies planning, execution, and process defects through attribution models, working with SCOT, Sellers, and other functional teams to develop new capabilities.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience as a product manager or owner
- Experience owning technology products
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
