Amazon India is seeking a Product Manager to own and drive delivery experience innovations as the India leader. This is a high-impact role with full ownership of initiatives that directly shape customer delivery experience and Amazon India's delivery economics across millions of orders. You will define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for India-specific delivery experience innovations and you will drive adoption of both developed and under-development products to extract maximum value, partnering closely with partners across supply chain, operations, categories and engineering.
We are looking for a strong PM who can dive deep into promise systems, delivery operations, and customer experience, write detailed PRFAQs/PRDs, and deliver features in complex, ambiguous environments. Proficiency with AI-powered tools for rapid experimentation is highly valued. The role offers significant visibility with IES DEX leadership and IN stores leadership.

Key job responsibilities
. Drive adoption of developed and under-development products to extract maximum value through strategic stakeholder engagement across operations, supply chain, categories, WW teams, and technology
. Leverage AI tools to accelerate experimentation cycles including rapid PRFAQ writing, prototype development, data analysis, and hypothesis validation
. Use AI-powered tools to quickly iterate product concepts, create mockups, analyze customer feedback, and generate insights from operational data
. Build and execute adoption strategies including training, documentation, stakeholder alignment, and change management to ensure products deliver intended business impact
. Drive India-specific innovations to improve delivery experience, checkout experience and pricing/promotions strategy for millions of India customers.
. Build deep understanding of promise systems and enable optimal ship option configurations to maximize utilization of available network capacity and capabilities
. Define and track key performance indicators including delivery reliability metrics, intercept rates, revenue recovery, customer satisfaction, and product adoption rates

As part of Amazon's India Delivery Experience (IN DEX) team, we work on some of the most challenging customer experience problems in India's complex delivery landscape. We partner with operations teams, supply chain, technology, business teams, and WW DEX to build innovative solutions that drive real impact on delivery reliability and customer satisfaction. With a focus on India-specific innovations, we translate customer pain points into robust, scalable products that deliver tangible value to customers and the Amazon India business.
- 7+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
- Experience in using statistical analysis to identify issues or opportunities for improvement
- Experience as a product manager or owner
- Experience leading and defining requirements and driving these across diverse organizations
- Proficiency with AI tools for rapid experimentation including PRFAQ writing, prototyping, data analysis, and insight generation. Demonstrated ability to use AI-powered tools to accelerate product development cycles and increase experimentation velocity
- Ability to analyze large datasets proficiency in SQL or equivalent
