Location: Remote (India)

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead key initiatives across AI-powered features, booking and pricing systems, and third-party integrations. This is a strategic role at the intersection of technology, user experience, and business growth. Ideal candidates will have a strong foundation in B2C and B2B product development, with domain experience in travel, hospitality tech, or fintech considered a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • AI Product Development: Drive the conception and delivery of AI-enabled features improvements in dynamic pricing, user personalization, and predictive analytics.

  • Product Strategy & Execution: Own the product roadmap for booking, pricing, and integrations. Define priorities based on customer needs, business impact, and technical feasibility.

  • Experimentation & Optimization: Design and manage A/B tests, feature toggles, and experiments to iterate and improve product performance.

  • Feature Flag Management: Implement and oversee controlled rollouts using tools like Flagsmith to ensure stability and continuous delivery.

  • User Research & Validation: Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to validate product hypotheses and uncover new opportunities.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, design, data science, marketing, and operations to deliver high-quality features on time.

  • Integration Ownership: Manage critical third-party integrations such as PMS, payment gateways, and analytics platforms.

  • Performance Monitoring: Define and track KPIs to measure success and inform ongoing product decisions.

  • Market & Competitive Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor moves to drive strategic insights and product innovation.

Required Qualifications

  • 57 years of experience in product management for B2C and B2B tech platforms.
  • Demonstrated success building and launching AI-powered or data-driven features.
  • Deep understanding of booking flows, pricing logic, and API-driven integrations.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Mixpanel, GA4, Postman, and SQL.
  • Proficiency with agile product development and tools such as Jira, Figma, and Confluence.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and prioritization skills.
  • Comfortable working in remote, fast-paced, cross-functional environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in travel tech, hospitality SaaS, marketplaces, or fintech.
  • Familiarity with property management systems (PMS), dynamic pricing engines, or GDS integrations.
  • Experience implementing feature flags and experimentation platforms.
  • Exposure to AI/ML-based product features or platforms.
