Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Product Manager. The Senior Product Manager will oversee the development and execution of product strategies, drive end-to-end product lifecycle management, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to innovate and continuously improve our platform. The responsibilities include gathering and analyzing user feedback, monitoring market trends, prioritizing features, defining a product roadmap, and ensuring timely delivery of product updates.

You'll work closely with the Founder, engineering, growth, and monetization teams to build features that users love and advertisers value.

Responsibilities:

• Own product strategy for user retention, progression, and monetization
• Design and optimize reward flows, offer mechanics, and incentive systems
• Improve Day 7 / Day 30 retention and advertiser ROI
• Work on BigCash Specials, cashback mechanics, loyalty programs, and promos
• Analyze user behavior using tools like Mixpanel / GA / internal dashboards
• Translate insights into clear product requirements and experiments
• Prioritize roadmap based on impact, not just feature requests
• Coordinate launches, A/B tests, and iteration cycles
• Ensure product decisions align with compliance and platform policies

Qualifications

• Experience in product management, product strategy, and lifecycle management
• Proficiency in market research, user feedback analysis, and defining product roadmaps
• Strong communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving
• Familiarity with online platforms or gaming-related products is a plus
