Role Description

We are looking for a full-time Senior Product Manager to lead product development initiatives at HAIR RAP BY YOYO. This on-site role, based in Ahmedabad, involves executing the product lifecycle strategy and collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and deliver solutions that align with business goals. The Senior Product Manager will oversee product vision, define roadmaps, lead market analysis, and ensure customer needs are met. Tracking performance and continuously optimizing processes will be essential to the role.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Product Strategy, Lifecycle Management, and Roadmap Planning
• Proven ability to conduct Market Research and utilize Data Analysis to guide product decisions
• Experience in Cross-functional Collaboration and Stakeholder Management
• Knowledge of Project Management best practices and Agile methodologies
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Trello, or other project management platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Product Management, or relevant field; MBA is a plus
