Senior Product Designer

Salary: 50,000 60,000 per month

Working Days: 6 Days/Week

Location: Gurgaon (On-site)

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer who can take complete end-to-end ownership of the product design processfrom user research, user testing, wireframing, and prototyping to delivering polished, scalable UI/UX designs in Figma.

This role requires a designer who is hands-on, user-obsessed, and capable of building intuitive and scalable digital products.

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research to understand customer behaviour and pain points.
• Analyse existing product flows and identify opportunities for UX improvement.
• Work closely with product managers and founders to define design strategies.
• Create user personas, journey maps, and problem statements.
• Own end-to-end data-informed decisions on design direction without constant oversight.

• Create intuitive, scalable, and user-friendly interaction flows.
• Translate business requirements into wireframes, low-fidelity prototypes, and task flows.
• Run usability tests and refine designs based on user feedback.

UI & Visual Design (Figma Mastery)

• Build high-fidelity screens, cohesive design systems, and reusable UI components in Figma.
• Maintain visual consistency across the entire product.
• Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and best-practice UI patterns.

• Conduct user testing sessions and analyse results to improve design decisions.
• Continuously iterate on designs based on feedback and real-world usage data.
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.

• Work closely with product, engineering, marketing, and leadership teams.
• Provide clear design guidelines, specifications, and assets to developers.
• Attend sprint meetings and provide UX inputs throughout development.

• Take full ownership of product design from concept to final delivery.
• Manage design tasks, timelines, and priorities independently.
• Ensure designs support long-term scalability and business goals.

• 2+ years of experience as a Product Designer / UX Designer / UI Designer.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design capabilities.
• Expertise in Figma, prototyping tools, and usability principles.
• Experience working on consumer-facing or scalable digital products.
• Strong understanding of UX research methods, experimentation, and testing.
• Ability to work independently and handle full ownership of user experience.
• Excellent creativity, communication and documentation skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
