Position Summary
The Senior Product Designer is a highly skilled, hands-on contributor who plays a key role in shaping intuitive, user-centered digital experiences across one or more products or initiatives. This role balances strong design craft with thoughtful problem-solving, collaborating closely with product management, engineering, and research to translate complex requirements into elegant, effective solutions. We expect you will bring an interest in AI, both as an integral tool for solving customer problems, but also in your everyday work.
As a Senior Product Designer, you will own significant portions of the product experience end-to-end, from discovery through execution, while contributing to broader design strategy and standards. You'll bring a user-first mindset, leverage data and research, and help raise design quality through collaboration, critique, and example.
This role is ideal for a designer who excels at execution, enjoys solving complex UX challenges, and is ready to influence product direction without requiring broad organizational ownership.
Key Responsibilities
- Turn complex workflows into clear, intuitive user experiences
- Collaborate deeply with product and engineeringno silos
- Ensure consistency and quality across experiences by applying design systems, patterns, and accessibility best practices.
- Design AI-native and automation-driven experiences
- Prototype quickly to test thinking and align engineering
- Communicate design rationale clearly to cross-functional partners and stakeholders.
- Support the evolution of design processes, tools, and standards through participation and feedback.
Required Skills
- 58+ years designing complex SaaS or enterprise products
- Strong interaction design and systems thinking
- Experience with data-dense UIs and multi-state workflows
- Comfort designing AI-forward or automation-based experiences
- Bias toward clarity, quality, and shipping over perfectionism
- High ownership, low ego
- Able to explain decisions clearly and defend them thoughtfully
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field or equivalent professional experience.
- Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Lovable/Cursor/v0, etc) and familiarity with enterprise development workflows.
