About The Role
We are looking for a Senior Product Designer with around 8+ years of experience in designing end-to-end digital products. You will work closely with Product Lead, Engineers, and Business stakeholders to deliver intuitive, scalable, and high-impact user experiences across web and mobile platforms.
This role requires strong expertise in UX thinking, UI craft, design systems, and user-centered product design, along with the ability to influence product direction through research and data-driven decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product design for complex software products (web + mobile).
- Translate business goals and user needs into clear, intuitive design solutions.
- Drive product discovery through user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing.
- Create user flows, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Collaborate with Product Lead to define product requirements and roadmap priorities.
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure high-quality design implementation.
- Define and maintain design systems, UI guidelines, and reusable components.
- Ensure accessibility, usability, and performance best practices are considered in designs.
- Continuously research and apply latest UI/UX trends, interaction patterns, and design innovations to keep the product modern, intuitive, and competitive.
- Present design concepts to stakeholders with clear storytelling and rationale.
- Mentor junior designers and support team design processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Product Design / UI UX Design for software products.
- Strong portfolio showing problem-solving, design process, and impact.
- Expertise in designing for SaaS / platforms / B2B or B2C products.
- Strong hands-on skills in Figma (components, auto layout, design systems).
- Solid understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in agile product environments.
- Ability to simplify complex workflows into user-friendly experiences.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
Good to Have
- Experience in usability testing and research tools (Maze, Hotjar, Lookback, etc)
- Familiarity with front-end capabilities (HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus)
- Experience working with design systems at scale
- Experience in startup or fast-paced product environments
